Same-day reservations are possible at Naha Airport, but advance reservations are recommended as inventory is limited.

from 6:00 AM to 12:00 AM! More freedom! More convenience!

Business Hours (9:00 - 18:00)

Staff will assist you at the counter.

Outside Business Hours (6:00 - 9:00 / 18:00 - 0:00)

Rental items can be picked up and returned at the QR locker.

Advance reservation is required for QR locker pickup.

 If you wish to pick up between 6:00 and 9:00, please reserve by 17:00 the day before.
If you wish to pick up between 18:00 and 0:00, please reserve by 17:00 on the same day.

How to pick up at QR locker

① You will receive an email with a QR code to open the locker before your rental (the day before or on the day). *Please check your spam folder if you haven't received the email.

② On the rental day, hold the QR code received in the email over the locker to pick up your item. *Please do not delete the email with the QR code until you return the item.

③ After using the rental, hold the same QR code over the locker to return the item inside.

How to Reserve

After selecting your product, choose your pick-up and return dates

Once you've selected your product, choose your pick-up and return dates from the calendar. You can also rent multiple units.

Enter the "flight number of your scheduled flight" or "preferred pickup/drop-off time" for the product pickup/return date

You can use the service even if you are not taking a flight. In that case, please enter your preferred pickup/drop-off time. If you have a scheduled flight on your pickup/return date, entering your flight number will allow us to offer free cancellation or delay support if your scheduled flight is canceled.

About Cancellation

If your scheduled flight is canceled, we will not charge any cancellation fees.
Furthermore, even if you cancel for personal reasons, we will process it free of charge up to 4 days in advance.

  • Scheduled flight on pickup day cancelled (no cancellation fee)
  • Up to 4 days before use (no cancellation fee)
  • 3 to 2 days before use (50% charge)
  • Day before or on the day of use (100% charge)

About extending the rental period

As a general rule, use is limited to the period you reserved.
However, if your scheduled return flight is canceled, no late fees will be charged.
For other cases where you cannot return on the scheduled date, please contact us first.

About Payment Methods

Only credit card payments are accepted.

Various credit card brands are accepted. We do not store any card information, and communication is encrypted by SSL, so you can use our service with peace of mind.

About Compensation

If you use it carefully,
we will never charge
for repair costs.

If it breaks during normal use,
we will not charge
for repair costs.

We will not charge any fees for natural breakdowns during normal use (in cases where there is no fault on the customer's part).
Please contact our support center immediately. We will also refund the remaining rental fees, including the day you reported the breakdown.

In the unlikely event it breaks
due to incorrect use

For repairable malfunctions/damage, repair costs are capped at 2,000 yen.

In the unlikely event that it breaks by accident (in cases where there is fault on the customer's part), the repair cost you bear will be capped at 2,000 yen. We will cover any costs exceeding that amount.

In cases of theft, loss, water damage, or other irreparable damage

In cases of theft, loss, water damage, lens damage, or other irreparable damage, or if the product cannot be returned, we will charge 100% of the market retail price of the rented product.

Regarding theft and loss, your credit card or tour company's travel insurance may cover it, so please check your policy details.

Digital products are
very delicate.
Please handle them with extreme care.
