About Reservations

Can I rent multiple units?

Yes, you can rent multiple items. Please select the items and add them to your cart.

Can I rent at the airport on the same day?

Yes, if the desired item is in stock.
Payment can only be made by credit card, so you will need to complete the order process via your smartphone or the tablet at the store, just as you would for an advance reservation.
Stock is limited, so we recommend making an advance reservation.

Can I cancel my reservation after booking?

Please contact us first. If your scheduled flight is canceled, no cancellation fee will be charged.
However, for cancellations due to customer convenience, the following fees will be charged depending on the number of days until the rental start date:

Cancellations 4 days or more before the rental start date: No cancellation fee
Cancellations 3 to 2 days before the rental start date: 50%
Cancellations the day before or on the rental start date: Full amount

*If you do not come to pick up your reservation at the store on the reserved date without prior notice, it will be treated as a same-day cancellation.

We apologize, but only credit card payments are accepted on this shopping site.

Can I ask for instructions on how to use it at the store?

Basic operations and setup instructions will be provided when you pick up the item, so please rest assured.

Can I extend the rental period?

Basically, the rental period will be as reserved.
However, if you cannot come to the store on the scheduled date due to a flight cancellation, please contact us first.

What should I do if I suspect a malfunction during use?

First, please refer to the manufacturer's instruction manual, troubleshooting guides, etc.

How can I take my shooting data home?

【For smartphone gimbals】
Shooting data is saved on your smartphone, which is used with the gimbal.
【For GoPro】
Shooting data is saved on the 32GB MicroSD card included with the rental product.
During the rental period, you are requested to copy the data to your smartphone or other device before returning the product.
Here's how to copy data:
① You can transfer data to your smartphone using the official GoPro app "Quik."
② For customers with Android phones, PCs, card readers, or other devices that can read MicroSD cards, you can copy data directly from the MicroSD card.
③ An iPhone card reader is also available as an optional rental item.

You can also prepare your own MicroSD card, insert it into the GoPro to shoot, and then take it home with you.
If you plan to purchase one in advance, please refer to the manufacturer's recommended cards.

【For Insta360 ONEX3】
Shooting data is saved on the 64GB MicroSD card included with the rental product.
Please install the official Insta360 app on your smartphone or other device and copy the data to the app during the rental period before returning the product.
The official Insta360 app is absolutely necessary to view data shot with the Insta360 ONEX3.

I'm only snorkeling and won't be diving deep,
 should I still use the diving set?

【For GoPro】
While the GoPro unit itself can be used up to 10m underwater,
unexpected accidents can occur underwater, such as accidental submersion, losing balance and hitting rocks,
or damage. Also, damage due to submersion (water ingress) is not covered by warranty,
so we recommend using a diving set with a waterproof housing
to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience.

【For Insta360 ONEX3】
Although the manufacturer's product description states that the unit itself is waterproof up to 10m,
we prohibit underwater shooting with the unit alone, regardless of depth.
If you wish to shoot underwater, please use a diving set that includes a waterproof housing.
